| gone to court for stupid shit. The last time was for a JUN bumper that the customer claimed didn't fit and wanted a refund, lawyer fees, and shipping fees. We made him bring the bumper to Texas and I drove a Z with the bumper removed to the court house. We showed the Judge that the bumper fit perfectly and after the judge awarded the case to us the guy who sued us admitted that he never tried to install it and he just needed the money. It cost me several days lost work and $300 in my own lawyer fees for that case. From that point on we have decided that any case that we think is BS we will counter sue for lost work, lawyer fees, etc... Now as for you. The aggressive way you have handled the whole situation and basically the way you have handled this matter has lead me to believe that you plan on suing us. Have you said "I am going to sue you"? ....NO. But you also have never said anything to the contrary. But the post above also was not directed at you. It was an example of why our warranty has to be worded in "Lawyer talk" instead of just saying that it comes with a 1 year warranty. People are sue crazy and that is why we have to word the warranty in the manner we do. Since you refused to take the warranty it doesn't matter what it says so the post above was not directed to you.
